Buffalo chicken & vegetable chowder

-Boil 4 small red potatoes... Slice and dice
-caramelized onions
-include carrots in pot with potatoes
-add corn(.5 can)
-can of cream of mushrooms, full can of water, 1/2 can of half n half, 1/2 can of milk
- add abit of chicken stock
-fry up buffalo chicken slices
- combine all in a slow simmer in large pot.

spicy !
